I was fascinated by the beauty of this structure especially when captured on a Digital Camera. It can be mistaken being shot on foreign country but it is located in Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines.

San Pablo City Cocofest 2007

 The Mardi Gras Coco Festival is held annually by the City Government of San Pablo City, Laguna. It was a week long celebration of the City Fiesta from Jan 8-15. Every night A concert was held in the town plaza with its Beer Festival along the streets of San Pablo.
